Features: 

The honey of Mediterranean bush is a typical millefiori of the mountain areas of Sardinia, where the wild flowers of Erica Arborea, Lavandula, Asphodel, Rockrose, Rosemary and a varied number of thistles give rise to an ever new and intriguing mix; its flavor, however, changes from year to year, remaining always tied to a certain aroma, which allows him to be recognized among the many species of wildflower in other areas and countries.

The resulting mixture is unmatched for its rich and spicy aroma; if honey is richer than lavandula will have a softer flavor and aroma balsamic, they predominate in the year if the heather or the thistle in wild flowers, the taste will be richer and more spicy aroma.

These "games" of nature that permit the consumer, each year, to have new flavors and new tastes.
