Features of Vermentino:

A great and important Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, Sardinian white wine that enters right between the great wines of Sardinian and Italian enology. For 30 years a reference point for the Vermentino wines of Sardinia.

Vineyards cultivated at 200 m above sea level. Ideal for aperitifs, grilled fish, seafood.

The color remains intense, straw-yellow with greenish, rather brilliant reflections.
The perfume is definitely of good intensity and persistence with floral and vegetable scents.
On the palate there are notes of herbs, field flowers and tomato leaf. It has nerbo and freshness conferred on it by acidity; It is also warm and soft, thanks to the consistent structure. Strong aromatic pleasure with persistent floral finish is found.
For its characteristics it can be enjoyed even some years after the harvest
