From Vittorio in Vittorio, this wine is a tribute to the history of saddle & fly. in 2017 Vittorio Moretti buys the company and Vittorio Sella, grandson of one of the founding fathers, turns 90 years old. this wine is dedicated to him. made with local grapes, assembled with red grapes from the best vineyards of the estate, and only in very large vintages
blend - cabernet sauvignon and native vines

perfume - it has a broad and nuanced olfactory profile in which the floral and fruity notes blend perfectly with the more complex ones that recall the spices and toasted hints

taste - rich and meaty, in the mouth it shows its strength in a gentle way, with the classic embrace and the seductive substance of Mediterranean reds. long and persistent, it has silky and tasty tannins

Vinification - Pre-fermentation maceration at 10 ° for 24 hours; fermentation at a controlled temperature from 18 ° C to 28 ° C

Aging - 12 months in wood: one part in second use French barriques and one part in large barrels. It is then aged in the bottle for about 3 months.
