Vinification

Careful selection of grapes, soft pressing with only use of must. Cooling to 10-12° C with natural settling. Fermentation with only indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16-17° C for 25-30 days. Rest from 40 to 60 days on the lees

 Colour: straw pale with greenish accents. Nose: Intense primary aroma, delicate, persistent, good secondary aroma, excellent bouquet. Taste: lively, fresh, fruity, balanced, delicate, fine
